Full Job Description
Enterprise Functional Lead - OneStream / PPBE Job Duties Include but Are Not Limited To • Lead enterprise functional design across five Navy BSOs • Translate PPBE requirements into OneStream workflows, forms, business rules, dimensions, reporting, and functional specifications • Establish common enterprise requirements and govern BSO-specific configuration • Facilitate functional design and solution sessions • Partner with OneStream architects and developers to ensure configuration reflects approved business requirements • Maintain requirements-to-design traceability • Review prototypes and configured capabilities • Support testing, UAT, defect resolution, and deployment readiness • Prevent unnecessary customization and promote reusable enterprise configuration Qualifications Required Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree • Minimum 8 years of relevant financial systems/financial transformation experience • Federal financial management or PPBE experience • Demonstrated experience implementing OneStream or comparable EPM technology • Experience translating business requirements into functional system design • Strong facilitation and documentation skills • Ability to be onsite 2-3 days a week in Alexandria, VA and Washington, DC • Must have an active Secret Clearance (or higher, such as Secret, Top Secret or TS/SCI) to be considered for this role (requires U.S. citizenship) Preferred Qualifications: • Direct OneStream implementation experience • Navy/DoD PPBE experience • OneStream certification • Experience designing enterprise solutions supporting multiple organizations/business units The expected salary range for this position is between $103,000 and $180,000. This range is representative of base pay only and does not include straight time pay for hours worked over 40 per week, company contributions towards paid benefits, and/or bonuses. Actual compensation (meeting or exceeding the range) will be determined based on specific experience, education, work location, clearance level, and other factors permitted by law. This position is eligible for bonuses (when applicable).
