Full Job Description

Role Summary

As the Enterprise Director, Strategic Account Management, you'll lead a portfolio of enterprise client relationships that represent significant strategic and commercial value to OneMagnify. You'll serve as the senior business partner for executive stakeholders, helping clients connect investments in data, technology, marketing, and customer experience to measurable business outcomes. Working closely with leaders across strategy, analytics, technology, activation, and delivery, you'll shape long-term account growth while ensuring clients view OneMagnify as a trusted extension of their business. This role combines executive relationship leadership, commercial ownership, and cross-functional influence to drive client success and business growth.

The Impact You'll Have

You'll help shape the future of some of OneMagnify's most important enterprise partnerships. Success in this role comes from understanding a client's business well enough to anticipate challenges, identify new opportunities, and connect OneMagnify's capabilities to their long-term priorities. The relationships you build and the decisions you influence will directly impact client retention, revenue growth, and strategic account expansion.

You'll lead conversations with executive stakeholders responsible for customer experience, marketing, technology, and business transformation initiatives. By aligning business goals with integrated solutions across analytics, digital platforms, activation, and technology services, you'll help clients accelerate results while positioning OneMagnify as a strategic partner rather than a service provider.

This role requires strong cross-functional leadership. You'll bring together teams across delivery, analytics, technology, strategy, and activation to create unified account plans, navigate complex enterprise environments, and ensure business priorities remain connected to successful execution.

What You'll Do

Executive Relationship Leadership

  • Serve as the senior strategic partner and executive sponsor for key enterprise clients.
  • Build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders, business leaders, and procurement partners across complex organizations.
  • Guide executive-level conversations that connect business priorities to measurable outcomes and long-term partnership opportunities.
  • Facilitate executive-to-executive engagement between client leadership and OneMagnify leaders.

Enterprise Account Strategy & Growth

  • Develop and lead account strategies that strengthen client value, expand partnerships, and drive sustainable growth.
  • Create long-term account roadmaps aligned to client business objectives and evolving market needs.
  • Identify opportunities to expand OneMagnify's impact across data, technology, digital, and customer experience capabilities.
  • Translate client goals into growth plans that create value for both the client and the business.

Commercial Performance & Forecasting

  • Own revenue growth, retention, and renewal outcomes across a portfolio of enterprise accounts.
  • Lead expansion planning, commercial strategy, and opportunity development efforts.
  • Provide accurate forecasting and pipeline visibility to support business planning and investment decisions.
  • Partner with leadership on pricing strategy, contract negotiations, and renewal discussions.

Business Reviews & Executive Alignment

  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews that clearly demonstrate business outcomes, value realization, and future opportunities.
  • Develop compelling business cases and strategic narratives for executive audiences.
  • Align stakeholders around priorities, success measures, and long-term partnership objectives.
  • Help clients evaluate future investments by connecting performance insights to business goals.

Cross-Functional Leadership & Delivery Governance

  • Partner with leaders across analytics, technology, activation, strategy, and delivery to ensure cohesive account planning and execution.
  • Align internal resources, priorities, and investments around client objectives and growth opportunities.
  • Balance client expectations, delivery quality, profitability, and business outcomes when evaluating opportunities.
  • Identify and mitigate relationship, scope, delivery, or commercial risks while maintaining client confidence and trust.

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
  • 8+ years of experience leading enterprise client relationships within consulting, digital, marketing, data, technology, or professional services environments.
  • Proven success managing a portfolio of enterprise accounts with responsibility for revenue growth, client retention, and executive stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong experience developing strategic account plans and driving long-term business growth.
  • Demonstrated success leading expansion planning, renewal strategy, and revenue forecasting for large or complex accounts.
  • Experience presenting business outcomes, strategic recommendations, and value realization narratives to executive audiences.
  • Strong commercial acumen, including pricing strategy, contract negotiations, and partnership planning.
  • Ability to influence decision-making across client organizations and build consensus among diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Strong collaboration skills and experience working across delivery, program, analytics, technology, and business leadership teams.
  • Exceptional executive communication, presentation, storytelling, and relationship management capabilities.
  • Experience navigating large organizations with multiple business units, stakeholders, and decision-makers.

Future-Ready Skills (Nice to Have)

  • Experience leveraging AI-enabled tools to enhance account planning, forecasting, customer insights, or business decision-making.
  • Familiarity with marketing technology ecosystems, customer data platforms (CDPs), CRM platforms, or digital experience platforms.
  • Experience supporting digital transformation, customer experience, or data-driven business initiatives.
  • Exposure to integrated marketing, consulting, or agency-service delivery models.
  • Experience working within platform-enabled environments that combine data, technology, analytics, and marketing capabilities.
