DescriptionWe are seeking a DevOps Engineer with experience in network infrastructure, Linux administration, automation, and system troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of network technologies, scripting with Python and Bash, and experience developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
ClearanceA current Top-Secret/SCI with polygraph security clearance is required. Candidates cannot be sponsored or nominated for a government security clearance under this position.
ExperienceBachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required. May substitute four years' experience in lieu of a Bachelor's Degree. May substitute two years' experience with MS in Engineering or CS.
Required skills:
- Recent experience within the last three (3) years in Kubernetes.
- Recent experience within the last three (3) years in cluster orchestration.
- Recent experience within the last three (3) years containerization.
- Be available for 24/7 call-in support for operational system critical discrepancies
- Willing to travel for information system installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Active IAT II CWIP / DoD 8570 compliant cert (i.e., Security+) AND CCNA certification
- Experience performing network services from design through implementation, maintenance, and upgrade of LAN/CAN/WAN networks; administration of Arista and Cisco devices; configuring and optimizing networks to connect frontend and backend components.
- Strong Linux (RHEL/CentOS) administration and troubleshooting; proficiency in Python and Bash scripting.
- Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins or GitLab and using infrastructureascode tools such as Ansible or Terraform.
