Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Data Platform Delivery Lead to manage complex technology and data-driven initiatives involving enterprise data platforms, data engineering, data management, governance, and quality. The role will lead cross-functional technical teams and oversee delivery across Agile and Waterfall environments, ensuring successful implementation of enterprise data platforms and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
 Lead enterprise data platform implementations and complex technology or data-driven projects.
 Manage cross-functional technical teams across data engineering, data management, governance, and platform delivery functions.
 Oversee projects involving Snowflake, Palantir Foundry, Ataccama, and other enterprise data management solutions.
 Coordinate delivery of data engineering and data platform initiatives, including ETL/ELT, data pipelines, data integration, and data warehouse or lakehouse solutions.
 Manage project planning, governance, budgets, resources, schedules, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
 Drive delivery using Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies as appropriate.
 Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to define requirements, priorities, and delivery plans.
 Coordinate data governance, data quality, metadata management, data lineage, cataloging, and Master Data Management initiatives.
 Monitor project progress and ensure delivery remains aligned with business and technical objectives.
 Identify and manage project risks, dependencies, issues, and mitigation strategies.
 Utilize project management and delivery tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
 Support DevOps and DataOps practices across enterprise data platform initiatives.
 Partner with stakeholders to ensure data platforms support enterprise AI/ML enablement and evolving business requirements.
 Ensure project deliverables comply with applicable data privacy, security, governance, and regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications:
 Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
 8+ years of experience managing complex technology or data-driven projects.
 5+ years of experience leading enterprise data platform implementations.
 Experience delivering projects involving Snowflake, Palantir Foundry, Ataccama, and data engineering or data management solutions.
 Proven experience managing cross-functional technical teams.
 Experience working within Agile and Waterfall delivery frameworks.
 Strong knowledge of enterprise data platforms, including Palantir Foundry, Snowflake, Ataccama, and cloud data platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
 Understanding of ETL/ELT development, data warehouse and lakehouse architectures, data pipeline orchestration, and data integration frameworks.
 Strong understanding of SQL and data modeling concepts.
 Knowledge of Master Data Management (MDM), Data Quality Management, Metadata Management, Data Governance Frameworks, Data Lineage, and Data Cataloging.
 Experience with Agile/Scrum practices and project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
 Strong program planning, governance, budget, resource, risk, and dependency management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
 Master's degree in a related field.
 PMP, PgMP, Scrum Master, SAFe Agilist, or equivalent certification.
 Experience within enterprise utility, energy, healthcare, financial services, or other large-scale regulated industries.
 Knowledge of data privacy and compliance frameworks.
 Experience with DevOps and DataOps practices.
 Familiarity with AI/ML enablement through enterprise data platforms.
