The Opportunity

DAT is looking for a Enterprise Shipper Account Manager to join our Shipper Sales Team. This role focuses on driving growth and retention within DAT's most strategic enterprise accounts through consultative partnership and deep product expertise. You'll serve as the primary success advocate for our largest clients, ensuring they maximize value from DAT's solutions while identifying expansion opportunities that drive mutual growth.

What You'll Do
  • Own retention, expansion, and growth metrics for a portfolio of high-value enterprise accounts, driving measurable outcomes in customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
  • Serve as the primary post-sales consultant, conducting comprehensive workflow analyses to optimize how customers leverage DAT products and services within their operations.
  • Partner closely with Enterprise Sales teams as a key member of the deal team, providing technical expertise and customer insights throughout the sales process.
  • Design and deliver value-focused training programs and onboarding experiences tailored to enterprise customer needs and use cases.
  • Proactively identify expansion opportunities by analyzing customer usage patterns, business challenges, and growth trajectories.
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key stakeholders at assigned accounts, serving as their strategic advisor on DAT solutions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Support teams to advocate for customer needs and drive product improvements.
  • Contribute to the development of customer success best practices, playbooks, and success metrics that can be scaled across the organization.

The Skills and Experience You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's degree required, with preference for business, logistics, or technology focus.
  • 5-7 years of experience in customer success, account management, or consultative sales roles within SaaS organizations.
  • Proven track record of managing enterprise-level client relationships and driving measurable business outcomes.
  • Experience working with complex, multi-stakeholder customer environments and navigating enterprise decision-making processes.
  • Logistics or supply chain industry experience strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with ability to present to C-level executives.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to drive customer insights and business recommendations.
  • Self-motivated individual contributor who thrives in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional deal teams.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, customer success platforms, and data analysis tools.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% for customer meetings and industry events.

For Colorado-based candidates, in compliance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this role is $82,000 - $111,000 annual on target earnings. DAT considers factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education and training, core skills, internal equity, and market and business elements when extending an offer.
