Description
• Administer and support enterprise cloud platforms including Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and related services.
• Manage enterprise systems infrastructure including Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Group Policy, email systems, virtualization platforms, storage systems, and identity services.
• Administer enterprise AI platforms including Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini, OpenAI ChatGPT Enterprise, Azure OpenAI Services, and future District-approved AI technologies.
• Develop and implement governance, security, compliance, and data protection standards for cloud, systems, and AI platforms.
• Manage licensing, provisioning, authentication, role-based access controls, and lifecycle management for cloud and AI services.
• Monitor platform performance, security posture, utilization, and operational health; recommend improvements and optimization strategies.
• Implement automation, scripting, and orchestration solutions to improve operational efficiency and service delivery.
• Support disaster recovery, business continuity, backup, and incident response activities for enterprise systems and cloud services.
• Maintain technical documentation, standards, procedures, architecture diagrams, and operational runbooks.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and provide recommendations related to cloud computing, enterprise systems, automation, cybersecurity, and AI.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity, infrastructure, application, and business teams to implement secure and scalable enterprise solutions.
• Provide advanced technical support, leadership, and guidance for enterprise cloud, systems, and AI technologies.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in related technical field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in enterprise cloud infrastructure, systems administration, identity and access management, virtualization, cybersecurity, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and enterprise cloud platforms, including Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience administering enterprise AI technologies including Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini, OpenAI ChatGPT Enterprise, and AI governance frameworks preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of enterprise cloud architecture, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and Google Cloud Platform.
• Expertise in Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Group Policy, PowerShell, virtualization technologies, and enterprise systems administration.
• Experience administering Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini, OpenAI ChatGPT Enterprise, and related AI technologies.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity, identity management, governance, compliance, and data privacy frameworks.
• Experience with automation, scripting, monitoring, and enterprise infrastructure management.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, project management, and communication skills.
