Enterprise Architect to join our technology leadership team. In this role, you will define and guide enterprise-wide application and technology strategies that power our business forward. What You'll Do (Essential Functions)- Enterprise Alignment & Roadmapping: Define application, information, and technical architectural visions and strategic multi-year roadmaps aligned with overall enterprise business goals.
- Collaborative Architecture Governance: Engage with architecture councils, domain architects, and engineering teams to champion standard adoption, ensure architectural integrity, and bridge current state to future state.
- Cross-Domain Solutioning: Partner with technical and functional leaders to design resilient, scalable, cross-domain architectures for our most critical strategic initiatives.
- Emerging Technology & Innovation: Research industry trends, run hands-on POCs, lead technology vendor evaluations, and determine how cutting-edge tools and frameworks can create competitive advantages.
- Stewardship & Asset Reuse: Drive the creation, adoption, and reusability of enterprise architectural patterns, frameworks, and digital assets.
- Mentorship & Advocacy: Provide hands-on guidance, coaching, and mentorship to domain architects, engineers, and IT specialists.
- Documentation & Metrics: Document architecture designs, blueprints, and decision records, while establishing and tracking architectural health and performance metrics.
When you will work: - Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm.
- Hybrid Work Schedule: 4 days in office, 1 day from home.
What You Bring to the TableRequired Qualifications:- Experience: Minimum of 6 years in Information Technology or an equivalent combination of education, training, and progressive architectural experience.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Domain Breadth: Demonstrated architectural proficiency in at least two enterprise architecture domains:
- Application Architecture
- Information / Data & Data Integration
- Technical & Cloud Infrastructure
- Security Architecture
- Business Architecture
- Communication & Facilitation Mastery: Outstanding verbal, written, visual, and group facilitation skills, with a proven ability to translate complex technical trade-offs for diverse business and technical stakeholders.
- Collaborative Leadership: Demonstrated track record of leading through influence, consensus-building, and mentoring across matrixed cross-functional teams.
Preferred Attributes:- Experience guiding enterprise migrations and architectures within modern cloud ecosystems (Google Cloud Platform preferred).
- Experience with large-scale ERP platforms and enterprise integration frameworks.
- A natural curiosity and passion for hands-on experimentation, technical research, and continuous learning.
