Roles & Responsibilities- Serve as a functional and technical SME for SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, and related enterprise application platforms.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective application solutions, configurations, and process improvements.
- Partner with business and technology teams to define requirements, workflows, acceptance criteria, and solution designs.
- Provide expertise across enterprise processes such as Finance, Supply Chain, HR, CRM, Sales, Procurement, and Operations, based on platform specialization.
- Lead or support application configuration, customization, integration, testing, deployment, and production support activities.
- Identify application risks, performance issues, process gaps, and opportunities for automation and optimization.
- Collaborate with integration and architecture teams to ensure seamless connectivity across enterprise systems, APIs, and third-party applications.
- Support data migration, validation, reconciliation, and data-quality initiatives during implementations and upgrades.
- Develop and maintain functional specifications, process documentation, solution designs, test scenarios, and user guides.
- Participate in system upgrades, implementations, enhancements, and release management while minimizing business disruption.
- Perform root-cause analysis for complex production issues and drive corrective and preventive actions.
- Promote enterprise application security, governance, compliance, scalability, and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish a culture of continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and technology excellence.
