What You'll DoAs Pulley's second Enterprise Account Manager, you'll own a portfolio of approximately 20-40 enterprise and mid-market customers. This is a quota-carrying role responsible for driving renewals, expansion, and long-term customer success while partnering closely with our customer-facing services team to ensure customers get the most value from both our software and our permitting expertise.
In this role, you will:
- Own customer relationships from onboarding through renewal.
- Drive renewals, expansion, and long-term account growth across your portfolio.
- Build relationships with stakeholders at every level, from day-to-day users to executive sponsors.
- Lead executive business reviews, strategic account planning, and customer success conversations.
- Partner closely with our customer-facing services team, Product, Engineering, and Sales to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
- Bring customer feedback and market insights back to the business to improve our product and customer experience.

Need to Have- 3 - 5+ years of experience in Enterprise Account Management, Customer Success, or another quota-carrying commercial role.
- Experience owning renewals, expansion, and revenue growth within existing customer accounts.
- Experience managing complex B2B accounts with multiple stakeholders, including executive-level relationships.
- Strong commercial instincts and a track record of consistently achieving quota.
- Excellent communication, organization, and account planning skills.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-moving startup environment where you're willing to do both strategic and tactical work.
- Excited to work hybrid from our New York City office.
Nice to Have- Experience in construction technology, property technology, or another operationally complex B2B SaaS business.
- Experience partnering closely with customer delivery, operations, or professional services teams.
