Full Job Description
Apogee Global RMS is seeking for a client a dynamic Enterprise Account Manager to own and expand strategic relationships across their largest, most influential customers. This role requires a seasoned revenue leader who can navigate multi-stakeholder environments, drive executive alignment, and deliver measurable business outcomes for enterprise clients.

You will serve as the primary commercial owner for a portfolio of high-value accounts - ensuring retention, expansion, and long-term partnership success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own the full lifecycle of enterprise customer relationships, from onboarding through renewal and expansion
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned to customer goals and revenue targets
  • Build deep, trusted relationships with CIO, CTO, CHRO, VP-level, and Director-level stakeholders
  • Identify growth opportunities across product lines, services, and new business units
  • Lead QBRs, executive business reviews, and strategic planning sessions
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Customer Success, Sales Engineering, and Leadership to deliver exceptional customer outcomes
  • Forecast revenue, manage pipeline, and ensure accurate reporting of account health
  • Navigate complex procurement, legal, and compliance processes for enterprise deals
  • Serve as the voice of the customer to internal teams, influencing roadmap and service improvements

Requirements
  • 6-10+ years of experience in Enterprise Account Management, Strategic Accounts, or Enterprise Sales
  • Proven track record of managing multi-million-dollar enterprise portfolios
  • Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior decision-makers
  • Experience navigating complex sales cycles, renewals, and expansions
  • Strong understanding of SaaS, cloud technologies, or enterprise solutions
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and drive clarity in fast-moving environments


Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in cybersecurity, HR tech, data platforms, or enterprise SaaS
  • Familiarity with MEDDICC, Command of the Message, or similar sales methodologies

  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
