Engineering - Sys Integratn/Test Eng | Orlando, Florida, United States [About the Role] Join a leading defense technology team in Orlando, FL as a full-time onsite System Integration & Test Engineer for the Missile Operational Flight Program (MOFP). In this impactful role, you will drive integration, testing, and validation for complex software and hardware systems used in critical missile operations. [Responsibilities] - Plan, implement, and execute integration and testing of in-house and COTS/GOTS components and systems - Translate contractual needs into robust test solutions, considering technical, schedule, and cost factors - Develop, review, and maintain functional and technical specifications and standards - Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software interface challenges and ensure seamless system integration - Create, direct, and execute comprehensive test plans, procedures, and schedules - Coordinate subsystem and system testing activities across multiple teams and organizations - Analyze test results, generate detailed evaluation reports, and validate system performance - Document discrepancies, perform integration regression testing, and verify software fixes [Required Skills and Experience] - Minimum 2 years with C++ - Minimum 2 years in Integration - Minimum 2 years in System/Software Integration Lab (SIL), including test planning, procedure development, and executing manual/automated tests - Minimum 2 years in agile team environments (daily scrums, sprint cadence, program increments) - Minimum 2 years scripting automated tests/data analysis with Python or MATLAB - Minimum 2 years in both hardware and software integration, using COTS or bespoke tools for evaluation, troubleshooting, and resolution recommendations - Minimum 2 years analyzing software problems - Steel Toe Shoes required [Preferred Skills] - Experience with missile systems or defense industry projects - Advanced scripting or automation tool knowledge - Familiarity with government standards for software/hardware integration [Benefits] - Opportunity to work on high-impact, mission-critical defense projects - Career advancement in a supportive, agile team environment - Hands-on experience with cutting-edge technology and complex systems - Collaborative culture with opportunities for skill development and cross-functional learning [How to Apply] Apply now by submitting your resume and cover letter.
