Engineering - Sys Integratn/Test Eng | Jacksonville, Florida, United States [About the Role]
Join our dynamic team as a System Integration and Test Engineer for advanced Electro-Optical (EO) sensor development and production programs. This 1st Shift position is based 100% onsite at our Jacksonville, FL depot following a 4-6 week comprehensive training at our Orlando facility (with covered business travel expenses during training). [Responsibilities]

- Plan, implement, and maintain integration and test solutions for in-house and COTS/GOTS components, subsystems, and systems
- Synthesize customer requirements into robust system test strategies balancing technical, schedule, and cost constraints
- Develop, execute, and document subsystem/system-level tests, including comprehensive test plans, procedures, and schedules
- Prepare and configure test equipment and facilities for lab and field events, including software setup
- Conduct environmental (ESS, EMI, Thermal) and acceptance (ATP, FTP) testing at both subsystem and system levels
- Perform analysis of test results, prepare detailed evaluation reports, and verify/validate system performance
- Write discrepancy reports and execute regression testing to confirm effectiveness of incorporated fixes
- Support maintenance of Interface Control Documents (ICDs) in collaboration with other engineering groups
- Coordinate test activities across Reliability, Software, Electrical, and Mechanical disciplines
- Participate in and support ground and flight test events as required
