What you will do:
Drive Cross-Team Collaboration: Leverage your technical knowledge to lead cross-functional projects. Proactively anticipate and mitigate issues, ensuring smooth project progress and preventing potential crises.
Be a Strategic Partner: Work closely with management to address complex challenges, ensuring projects align with Adobe's overarching strategic goals through effective planning and communication.
Achieve Desired Results: Successfully deliver projects within constraints of scope, quality, time, and budget, balancing trade-offs and getting alignment.
Roadmap and Risk Management: Lead the product roadmap, track dependencies and project schedules, oversee risk management and implement contingency plans, while maintaining clear communication with customers and team members.
Standardize Processes: Enhance and refine processes to improve operational efficiency and consistently deliver outstanding outcomes.
What you will need to succeed:
Bachelor's degree with 8+ years equivalent experience in leading large-scale projects, demonstrating strategic insight and operational expertise.
Exceptional Communication: Your strong communication skills enable you to engage with diverse audiences and adapt messages to different contexts.
User-Centric Focus: You prioritize user feedback and actionable insights, driving innovations that improve user satisfaction.
Inclusive Leadership: You excel in diverse settings and are adept at encouraging collaboration and ensuring participation among all team members.
Technical Depth: You have solved complex technical problems across various domains, applying an in-depth understanding and evaluation of factors, including technical requirements, to formulate creative solutions.
Continual Learning: Your natural curiosity motivates you to seek out new solutions and continually advance your skills.
Agility Proficiency: You have an understanding of Agile, Lean, and Scrum methodologies, and have applied these practices to achieve desired outcomes.
Tools Proficiency: You have experience with project management tools like Jira, and familiarity with Objective Key Results frameworks is a plus.
Relevant Background: Experience in mobile product development and a passion for imaging or photography will be useful.
Expected Pay Range:
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $146,300 -- $277,400 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
In California, the pay range for this position is $191,600 - $277,400
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
