What you'll doResponsibilities- Work with Stripe leaders across the company to create and drive toward the vision of a simple and consistent Risk and Compliance experience
- Work with Product Managers to shape the product roadmap and enable the experiences that help solve user problems and keep them compliant
- Drive the roadmap and priorities for your team, and work with cross-functional dependencies across the company to meet the deliverables
- Own the technical roadmap for the team and support the engineering team in achieving a high level of technical excellence and stability
- Hire and develop the best engineers on your team
- Be a sponsor-coach for the team to learn and grow
- Contribute to engineering-wide initiatives as a member of the Stripe engineering management team

Minimum requirements- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience with a minimum of 10 years of experience with software development
- 8-10 years of overall experience with 3+ years of experience in a leadership role with people management responsibilities
- Experience building diverse teams to tackle challenging technical problems
- Experience thriving in a collaborative environment involving different stakeholders and subject matter experts
