Qualifications

• Proficient in at least one power system analysis software: PSSE, PSCAD, TSAT, or PSLF.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, with a focus on power systems.
• Extensive experience with ERCOT modeling requirements and procedures.
• 5+ years of experience in the power system industry, including 2+ years in a supervisory capacity.
• Demonstrated expertise in power system and IBR modeling.
• Strong interpersonal skills for relationship building with clients and team members.
• Excellent organizational and verbal/written communication skills, particularly in technical contexts.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely project completion while maintaining quality and budget standards.
• Engage with clients to understand and address their project needs and concerns.
• Lead a team to execute ERCOT IBR modeling and conduct NERC PRC-0.29 studies.
• Foster the professional growth of engineers in the team and the organization.
• Conduct specialized power grid studies using industry-standard analysis tools.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance organizational efficiency and client deliverables.
• Assist in business development by creating RFP responses and defining project scopes.
