Minimum qualifications:- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in software development.
- 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role.
- 2 years of experience in a people management or team leadership role.
Preferred qualifications:- 3 years of experience with full stack development, across the back-end such as Java, Python, Golang, or C codebases, and front-end experience including JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML, CSS or equivalent.
- Experience integrating generative AI tools or LLM interfaces into workflows.

Responsibilities- Lead and guide a team of software engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence, accountability and professional growth.
- Drive the technical strategy, design, and roadmap for a suite of software systems.
- Be the primary interface to internal stakeholders, especially including representatives of user and partner engineering teams, to understand workflows, negotiate priorities and technical trade-offs.
- Ensure quality end-to-end delivery of software, from problem identification and scoping through to operations.
- Identify and advocate engineering best practices in the domain.
