The Engineering Manager is responsible for leading a regional engineering division, including revenue, staffing, and operations.
- Oversee regional engineering operations, ensuring alignment with company goals and project requirements
- Manage project backlog, staffing plans, and resource allocation to support operational efficiency and growth
- Drive financial performance, including revenue, profitability, and cost control across engineering projects
- Lead major engineering and marine projects, providing oversight and strategic direction
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a senior point of contact
- Coordinate with the Vice President on regional strategy, business development, and operational planning
- Ensure quality control and adherence to delivery standards across all engineering work
Requirements
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (PE required).
- 10-15 years' experience in engineering leadership.
- Proven ability to manage teams and revenue.
- Strong business and operational acumen.

Schedule- Primarily Monday through Friday during standard business hours
- Must be available as needed to support field operations, including early mornings, evenings, and occasional Saturdays
- Schedule may vary based on project demands, weather conditions, and critical construction activities
