What you'll do- Lead the execution of engineering and transformation projects at the New Century and Brantford plants, ensuring alignment with Flora Food Group standards.
- Develop project scopes, costing, and capital appropriation requests to support value creation and business continuity initiatives.
- Manage project planning, execution, and change management processes to deliver improvements in manufacturing and equipment reliability.
- Collaborate closely with factory directors, maintenance teams, procurement, and global engineering experts to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Oversee cost management, schedule control, and procurement activities to achieve on-time, in-full, and on-budget delivery for all assigned projects.
PerformanceYou will own the delivery of capital projects that directly improve plant efficiency and operational excellence. Your data-driven approach will ensure 100% of projects meet cost, schedule, and quality targets, supporting continuous improvement and value creation. Your leadership will enable the plant to meet its production goals while advancing decarbonization and innovation efforts.
CareThis role reports to the Global Engineering Director and works within the Global Engineering Team, partnering with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, R&D, Finance, and Procurement. You will foster collaboration across multiple functions and regions, ensuring projects are executed responsibly and sustainably. Your decisions will balance short-term delivery with long-term impact, supporting a culture of accountability and care for our people and communities.

You demonstrate excellent project management skills and a deep understanding of food safety and good manufacturing practices. You work confidently both independently and collaboratively, influencing diverse teams across cultures. You thrive managing multiple complex projects, adapting to changing priorities, and delivering results under pressure.
You are genuinely interested in food culture and curious about how consumer behaviour and future food trends shape innovation. You understand that strong brands are built by anticipating what's next in taste, nutrition and functionality, and by translating insight into meaningful consumer experiences.
