  • Ensure custom solutions and platforms meet requirements for measurement accuracy, reliability, scalability, cybersecurity, safety, regulatory, and export control

Execution & Delivery
  • Drive design, development, qualification, and release of SCCI custom solutions and platforms
  • Ensure predictable, on-time delivery aligned with ADCS system programs, customers, and business needs
  • Balance near-term program support with long-term platform health
  • Reduce custom rework by promoting modularity and reuse across programs

People & Organizational Leadership

  • Set clear roles, responsibilities, and accountability within the SCCI team
  • Mentor engineers and support technical career growth and specialization
  • Foster a sustainable, high-performance engineering culture

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Own priorities and requirements for manufacturing operations, partnering closely with manufacturing management
  • Establish a clear producer-consumer relationship with System and Software Engineering
  • Support solution integration with robust documentation, interfaces, and engineering support

Business, Quality & Lifecycle Ownership
  • Drive solution delivery, operating within a cost-disciplined model, to meet revenue and gross margin goals
  • Reduce solution-level NRE through reuse and standardization
  • Enable monetization of standalone component and instrument offerings
  • Own quality metrics, sustaining engineering, and obsolescence management for SCCI instruments and components
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, product quality, and customer satisfaction across SCCI platforms
