What you need to succeed- 5+ years of overall technical experience, including deep knowledge of architecture
- People management experience with a track record of unlocking the potential of your team
- Experience with the creation, development and maintenance of developer ecosystems
- Enjoy building and shipping rapidly while keeping an eye on the latest development and tooling trends
- Knowledge of common services build and operational considerations-how they scale, how they should fit together, and how they're likely to break
- Ability to analyze and address difficult technical challenges and make efficient use of resources
Expected Pay Range:Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $147,900 -- $293,250 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In California, the pay range for this position is $202,500 - $293,250In New York, the pay range for this position is $202,500 - $293,250In Washington, the pay range for this position is $178,200 - $258,000
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
