Compensation: $ 150,000 annual salary (US Dollars)

Responsibilities- Supervise and mentor site-level engineering staff, ensuring high standards of work quality and efficiency.
- Perform inspections and maintain visibility at client sites
- Assist with hiring and onboarding of new staff members
- Attend department meetings as required
- Monitor and adjust building automation systems (BAS) for optimal performance and energy efficiency.
- Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal safety and building codes.
- Manage budgets and forecast future needs
- Conduct performance reviews and resolve personnel issues
- Provide coaching and support to enhance service delivery
QualificationsThis position may require travel between client sites.
- Strong knowledge of MEP, HVAC, and building automation systems.
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations, NFPA codes, and other safety standards.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Certifications such as HVAC, Universal CFC, or Building Operator Certification (BOC) preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physically demanding tasks.
