Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related technical field; Master’s preferred.
• 7+ years of manufacturing leadership experience, especially in metal fabrication or industrial manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of fabrication processes, CNC equipment, automation, maintenance, and facilities.
• Proven success in leading capital projects and implementing equipment improvements.
• Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of developing technical teams.
• Hands-on leadership style with a commitment to being present on the shop floor.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the Engineering and Maintenance teams, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Manage capital projects including equipment selection, installation, commissioning, and facility upgrades.
• Create and execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs to enhance equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
• Drive initiatives in manufacturing engineering to optimize processes, tooling, fixtures, automation, and equipment.
• Collaborate with Production and Operations to address technical challenges, enhancing safety, quality, productivity, and cost efficiency.
• Formulate long-term strategies for equipment, facility, and asset management aligned with company growth.
• Oversee contractors, vendors, and technical service providers to ensure project success.
• Establish a robust MRO process to maintain essential parts, tools, and supplies for efficient operations.
• Identify and nurture technical talent, building future capabilities for the organization.
