Job Description: About the Role We are seeking a hands-on, strategic Engineer Facility Manager to lead engineering, maintenance, and facility operations at our manufacturing site. This role is responsible for ensuring equipment reliability, optimizing processes, and maintaining a safe, efficient, and high-quality production environment. This position reports directly to the Plant Manager and plays a key leadership role in driving operational excellence and continuous improvement across the plant.
Key Responsibilities Leadership & Operations
