• Lead wireless lab team. Coordinate wireless lab activities (validation, DevOps) and priorities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Hardware, Software, and Acoustic teams, to define product requirements, technical specifications, and project deliverables.
• Drive the design and development of FPGA-based systems and circuits, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices. Awareness of industry trends and vendor offerings.
• Plan and allocate resources effectively to achieve project milestones, while maintaining high-quality standards and meeting deadlines.
• Develop and implement designs, including verification and validation.
• Conduct technical reviews and provide feedback to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.

• Minimum of 7 - 10 years of experience in FPGA or ASIC design and development, preferably within the audio or consumer electronics industry.
• Proven experience managing and leading a team of engineers, preferably in FPGA design and circuit design roles.
• Strong expertise in FPGA development using VHDL or Verilog, including synthesis, place and route, and static timing analysis.
• Solid knowledge of digital signal processing techniques, embedded systems, and digital/analog circuit design principles.
• Experience with FPGA design tools, such as AMD/Xilinx Vivado or Altera Quartus, and familiarity with FPGA development kits.
• Proficiency in using simulation and verification tools, such as ModelSim or Mentor Graphics Questa, to validate designs.
• Experience with Linux, networking and dev ops tools (Jenkins, bitbucket, etc.)
• Familiarity with lab test equipment (oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, signal generators, etc.)
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex problems, propose effective solutions, and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Practical experience with Python.
