Position Title:Engineer Senior
Job Description:Engineer SeniorLocation: This role requires associates to be in-office 1 - 2 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace. Ideal candidates will be able to report to our Pulse Point location in Wilmington, DE. Alternate locations may be considered if candidates reside within a commuting distance from an office.

The
Engineer Senior is responsible for participating in all phases of the design and development life cycle of analytic applications and reporting tools, utilizing various BI technology platforms.
How you will make an impact: - Maintain active relationships with customers to determine business requirements.
- Anticipate opportunities for improvement and identify alternate solutions.
- Collaborate with engineers for creative ideas for Web portals supporting interactive content, analyze and classify complex change request and review and evaluate possible enhancements.
- Work with development team to develop and define application scope and objectives and prepare functional and/or technical specifications.
- Analyze and evaluate detailed business and technical requirements.
- Code and maintain complex components of information systems.
- Mentor others on coding standards and perform code reviews.
- Develop and perform system testing and fix defects identified during testing and re-execute unit tests to validate results.
- Aid in integrating activities with other IT departments for successful implementation and support of project efforts.
- Provide timely support to data information planning effort.
- Maintain technical development environment and have responsibility for implementation plan.
- Assist in developing training documentation including proactive identification of additional needs and enhancements.
- Manage small projects, mentor and provide training to others.
- Serve as a subject matter expert of one or more Business Intelligence applications.
Minimum Requirements:Requires a BA/BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field of study and a minimum of 5 years related experience; experience working with multi-dimensional platforms, and business and technical applications also required; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences:- Experience with multiple Business Intelligence tools, multi database, multi-language or multi business application preferred highly preferred.
- Experience mentoring people, leading small projects and provide troubleshooting support highly preferred.
- Experience with front-end user-interface libraries/frameworks such as Angular, ReactJS, Vue, or equivalent highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of multiple database engines such as Postgres, Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, or equivalent highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of cloud concepts and services such as AWS Redshift, Databricks, Snowflake, or equivalent highly preferred.
- Experience performing technical design reviews and code reviews highly preferred.
- Experience leading multiple projects and facilitating requirements gathering sessions highly preferred.
- Successful history of being able to explain technical subject matter to less technical or non-technical audiences highly preferred.
- Exposure to / knowledge of general pharmacy, specialty pharmacy, and or infusion pharmacy operations highly preferred.
- Excellence communication skills (both verbal and written) highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of multiple programing languages such as C#, JavaScript/Typescript, Python preferred.
- Experience developing unit tests and completing system testing is according to plan preferred.
