Location: Ideal candidates will be able to report to our Pulse Point location at 740 W. Peachtree St NW, Atlanta, GA 30308.
This role requires associates to be in-office 3-4 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace.

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
The Engineer Senior is responsible for delivering end-to-end application, system development, and maintenance on complex multi-technology platforms within the assigned client group, business unit, or corporate department utilizing various customer technology platforms.
How You Will Make an Impact:
- Provide technical advice and weigh in on technical decisions that impact cross-functional teams.
- Research and may propose new technologies.
- Code Web services, batch jobs, and Microservices.
- Create unit test cases and test code.
- Resolve security vulnerabilities in code.
- Create and own a list of final enhancements or changes.
- Develop and define application scope and objectives, and prepare technical and/or functional specifications with which programs will be written.
- Perform technical design reviews and code reviews.
- May own technical testing to ensure the unit test is completed and meets the test plan requirements, system testing is completed, and the system is implemented according to the plan.
- Coordinate on-call support and ensure effective monitoring of the system.
- Support maintenance of technical development environment.
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring and may lead multiple or small to medium-sized projects.
- Will begin to set direction at the project/service level and influence decision-making.
- Understand the tradeoffs between technical, analytical, and product needs of the technical solutions.
- Identify and propose strategies around technical problems affecting team, communicate standards, and get buy-in on solutions.
- Facilitate group sessions to elicit complex information on requirements clarification, design sessions, code reviews, and troubleshooting issues.
- Support vendor evaluation.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field of study.
- Five (5) years of Information Technology (IT), or related experience.
Experience Requirements:
- Amazon Web Services (AWS);
- Microservices API development;
- Web development;
- SQL and database technologies such as: Oracle;
- Java;
- Google Cloud Platform (GCP);
- Linux Operating System;
- Agile methodology.
