Job Title: Senior Manager, Commercial Customer Data & Segmentation

Location: Morristown, NJ

Lead the governance, integrity, and analytical execution of commercial customer data and segmentation capabilities across Salesforce, SAP, and reporting platforms. This role offers the opportunity to build the trusted customer data foundation that drives commercial strategy, reporting, account planning, and business decision-making across the organization.

This role requires a minimum of three days per week onsite at our Morristown, NJ location. Working together in person supports close, real-time collaboration, stronger cross-functional partnerships, and effective execution across commercial, analytics, and business systems teams. We offer flexibility to work remotely for the remaining portion of the workweek, in line with business needs.

What you will do:
  • Own commercial customer master data across Salesforce, SAP, and reporting platforms, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
  • Manage customer hierarchies, identifiers, and master data standards while resolving duplicates and cross-system data issues.
  • Build, maintain, and refresh customer segmentation models using GTM frameworks and validated internal and external data.
  • Validate segmentation outputs and document methodologies to ensure accuracy, transparency, and repeatable refresh processes.
  • Source, cleanse, and maintain analytical datasets that support customer segmentation, reporting, and commercial decision-making.
  • Apply approved customer segmentation across business systems, ensuring consistent tagging, governance, and downstream reporting reliability.
  • Enforce commercial data governance standards, partnering with cross-functional teams to improve data quality and compliance.
  • Drive continuous improvement through process automation, documentation, and enhancements that strengthen data quality and segmentation effectiveness.


What we are looking for:
  • Bachelor's(required) or Master's degree (preferred) in data science, Commercial Operations, analytics or IT or related field.
  • Customer Master Data Management (MDM) and data governance expertise across CRM and ERP platforms.
  • Advanced data analysis, segmentation modelling, and data validation skills using large, complex datasets.
  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce, SAP, Excel, SQL, and reporting/analytics tools.
  • Knowledge of data quality management, hierarchy design, and cross-system data integration.
  • Excellent stakeholder management with the ability to collaborate across Sales, CRM, IT, Analytics, and Operations.
  • Strong problem-solving, process improvement, and documentation skills with a focus on automation and governance.
  • High attention to detail, commercial acumen, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable data solutions.
