Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
6-10+ years of relevant I&C experience in power generation or similar industries.
Strong expertise in gas turbine controls and balance-of-plant systems.
Advanced knowledge of control systems (e.g., MK5/MK6, T3000, Ovation, DeltaV, SIMATIC).
Deep experience with SPI (SmartPlant Instrumentation) or similar engineering tools.
Proven ability to interpret and apply industry standards (ISA, ANSI/NEMA, NFPA, AGA).
Demonstrated leadership, mentoring, and decision-making skills.
Responsibilities
Lead evaluation and interpretation of customer contract requirements and technical specifications.
Own instrumentation scope, schedules, and deliverables for assigned projects.
Develop and review complex instrumentation specifications, RFQs, and procurement strategies.
Provide technical oversight of vendor selection, bid evaluations, and supplier performance.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of P&IDs, instrument indexes, I/O lists, and loop designs.
Act as primary technical interface with clients, suppliers, and cross-functional teams.
Support and lead troubleshooting, commissioning, and field issue resolution.
