Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
• 6-10+ years of relevant I&C experience in power generation or similar industries.
• Strong expertise in gas turbine controls and balance-of-plant systems.
• Advanced knowledge of control systems (e.g., MK5/MK6, T3000, Ovation, DeltaV, SIMATIC).
• Deep experience with SPI (SmartPlant Instrumentation) or similar engineering tools.
• Proven ability to interpret and apply industry standards (ISA, ANSI/NEMA, NFPA, AGA).
• Demonstrated leadership, mentoring, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead evaluation and interpretation of customer contract requirements and technical specifications.
• Own instrumentation scope, schedules, and deliverables for assigned projects.
• Develop and review complex instrumentation specifications, RFQs, and procurement strategies.
• Provide technical oversight of vendor selection, bid evaluations, and supplier performance.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of P&IDs, instrument indexes, I/O lists, and loop designs.
• Act as primary technical interface with clients, suppliers, and cross-functional teams.
• Support and lead troubleshooting, commissioning, and field issue resolution.
