Full Job Description
Job Description:

  • Design of analog and mixed-signal building blocks; i.e. Bias Reference, Voltage Regulator, PLL, ADC, DAC, operational amplifiers, filters, High speed SerDes, etc.
  • Simulate designs with CAD tools
  • Work with team members to verify functions/performance in module and system levels
  • Perform mixed-signal simulations
  • Guide the layout designer of circuit blocks for high speed performance and meet design rules
  • Document designs and simulation results and conduct design reviews
  • Operate lab equipment to validate silicon against chip and system specifications


Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Education: BS is required
  • Experience in the area of mixed-signal CMOS circuit design.
  • Experience with Cadence Design Environment and circuit simulators.
  • Experience in nano meter processes and FinFET transistor circuit design.
