Qualifications

• Ten years of professional experience as an Electrical Engineer in Power Systems
• Experience with US Navy shipboard power generation and distribution
• Familiarity with electric propulsion systems is preferred
• Design and process knowledge related to Navy shipboard equipment
• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering required
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in electrical power is necessary

Responsibilities

• Support and enhance shipboard power systems for the US Navy
• Design and analyze electrical systems related to naval operations
• Implement improvements in power generation and distribution processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize system performance
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers
