Job Title:Engineer- Construction - IILocation(s):Irving, TXJob Summary:We are seeking an experienced Engineer in Construction to manage multiple network infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in wireless telecom, project management, and technical aptitude.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage construction activities related to the development of multiple, simultaneous Network infrastructure projects.
- Provide financial management of projects from initial proposal/bid through receipt of final product or service.
- Conduct daily activities including schedule and financial management, interfacing with vendors via calls and meetings.
- Ensure attention to detail, sense of urgency, and wireless network (cell site) construction experience.
Required Qualifications:- BS/BA in Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics or three or more years of work experience related to Macro Cellsite Build.
- Experience in the wireless telecom industry, preferably Macro New Site Build or Modification Projects.
- Excellent verbal, written, analytical, and communication skills.
- Excellent team player, well organized, and able to work under time pressure.
- Ability to work independently with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong technical and project management knowledge.
- Strong problem-solving skills, project planning, and time management.
- Knowledge and experience with the full suite of Google Workspace, including data analytical features such as PivotTable and VLOOKUP.
- Strong Project Management and Communication skills with the ability to work closely with Team members and other cross-functional teams.
- Knowledgeable and very familiar with industry and cell site construction standards/practices.
- Prior experience in reviewing and evaluating Construction Drawings and Post-construction Close-out-Packages.
