Full Job Description
As an Engagement Manager, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day project management and account management for our clients, ensuring projects are delivered successfully and meet client goals and end-user needs. You will build trusted client relationships, manage project scope, timelines, budgets, teams, and deliverables, and serve as a key point of contact throughout the engagement. You will work closely with Directors and Business Unit leads to support overall account strategy, identify opportunities to add value, and contribute to long-term client growth, with opportunities to take on greater strategic responsibility as you develop. You should have a strong digital background, excellent project management skills, and a consultative, collaborative approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

Serve as a primary day-to-day client contact, building strong relationships, providing project-level guidance, and partnering with Directors and Business Unit leads on broader account strategy and client needs.

Effectively manage full project lifecycles, creating and maintaining detailed project plans and status reports in accordance with Sagepath's SDLC process. Clearly communicate scope, tasks, milestones, timelines, status, risks, dependencies, and resource needs.

Support account and project financial management, including tracking budgets, forecasting, resource utilization, and identifying potential risks or variances.

Lead SCRUM ceremonies including backlog refinement, standup, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams across UX, design, analytics, marketing, QA, and development to ensure alignment, manage dependencies, and deliver against SOW commitments.

Maintain client documentation and knowledge repositories (e.g., SharePoint, account artifacts, project history).
