Full Job Description
Our client, a well-established global consultancy, is looking to recruit an Engagement Manager in their North Carolina office, with hybrid working. The Manager will be responsible for solution design and implementation, as well as account and project management. Key Responsibilities: - Helping to design and deliver Competitive Intelligence and Market Intelligence solutions - Exploring and discovering new data sources and quickly familiarizing with the available APIs and integrating them - Designing, implementing, and managing a near real-time ingestion and integration pipelines - Designing and implementing solutions for conference coverage, competitive intelligence landscape support, and strategic projects - Communicating directly with senior stakeholders on projects and showing innovation and critical thinking skills in all elements of work - Leading and being responsible for account growth while supporting the sales team with new account penetration strategies for consulting and involved in all stages of the sales engagement Qualifications and Experience Required: - Masters degree level of education or higher in the Life Sciences/Healthcare field - 7+ years of experience in project management and client relations - Strong knowledge in Life Sciences/Healthcare domain - Experience collaborating with firms or clients in the Med Tech space - Experience leading projects in Dental devices or MedTech strategy - Ability to identify and solve issues effectively and on time - Excellent soft skills, articulation skills, listening skills, team-playing skills, and interpersonal skills
