OVERVIEWWe are currently seeking an Energy Marshall Superintendentfor our Data Center Group in Goodyear, AZ.

RESPONSIBILITIES- Act as the primary authority for energy isolation and control on-site
- Enforce LOTO procedures in accordance with OSHA, NFPA 70E, and site-specific policies
- Review and approve energization and de-energization plans
- Coordinate with contractors, commissioning agents, and operations teams prior to energizing systems
- Maintain and control energy logs, permits, and documentation
- Conduct energy safety briefings and toolbox talks
- Verify proper labeling, barricading, and signage of energized equipment
- Stop work if unsafe energy conditions are identified
- Support commissioning, IST, and turnover activities
- Participate in safety audits and incident investigations
QUALIFICATIONS- High school diploma or equivalent (technical or trade background preferred)
- 5+ years experience in electrical, mechanical, or mission-critical construction environments
- Strong knowledge of:
- Lockout/Tagout (LOTO)
- Electrical safety principles
- Energization sequencing
- Ability to read single-line diagrams and electrical schematics
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Electrical License or Journeyman/Master Electrician (preferred)
