Full Job Description
Responsibilities
  • Lead the operational execution of endpoint management services for ARNG user devices in both on-premises and cloud environments.
  • Direct and oversee configuration, deployment, and patch management activities for various devices.
  • Ensure compliance with security baselines and hardening standards across all endpoints.
  • Supervise and guide endpoint technicians in daily operations and tasks.
  • Coordinate vulnerability remediation efforts and monitor device health.
  • Provide comprehensive operational reporting and technical guidance to meet cybersecurity requirements.
  • Ensure alignment of endpoint services with DoD and ARNG cybersecurity standards.
  • Facilitate the lifecycle sustainment of workstations, laptops, and mobile devices.


Required Qualifications
  • Clearance: Secret Eligible required
  • S. Citizenship required
  • DoD 8140.03 Compliance: DoD Cyber Workforce Framework (DCWF) Work Role 451-System Administrator at the Advanced proficiency level
  • Certifications (one or more required): SecurityX / CASP+, CCNP Security, CCSP, FITSP-O, GFACT
  • Education: Masters or Ph.D in [Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Software Engineering]
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in enterprise endpoint management within DoD or Federal environments
  • Proven experience in directing endpoint configuration and deployment activities
  • Strong background in patch management and compliance validation
  • Experience in supervising technical teams and enforcing security standards
  • Ability to provide technical oversight and ensure reliable endpoint services
