Job Description
The client is looking for an end-to-end testing manager who can oversee the full testing strategy for a transformation program, not someone who just executes test cases or is an expert in a single tool. This role is more of a leadership position: defining and overseeing the strategy, planning validation waves, coordinating dependencies between teams and vendors, and producing progress and risk indicators for management. Recurring words (full strategy, oversee, coordinate, end-to-end, multi-systems, multiple waves) point to an expectation of seniority and decision-making autonomy rather than just execution. The Salesforce, FNA environment and cross-functional integrations place the mandate in a CRM and distribution ecosystem. The candidate must be able to understand these issues without being a developer on these platforms.

The multi-team and multi-vendor context makes the ability to coordinate and influence business and IT stakeholders central to the profile.

Qualification Table Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Quality Assurance and Test Strategy
• Experience as End-to-End Testing Lead for a complex transformation program
• Experience as End-to-End Testing Lead for a complex transformation program

Requirements

• Experience in Salesforce environments
• Understanding of data, integration, and test environment challenges
• Multi-team coordination and ability to influence business and IT stakeholders

• Experience in Financial Services or Insurance
• Ability to identify and recommend test automation opportunities
