Our Employment Practice Group represents employers in complex and high-profile employment matters across a broad range of industries. The ideal candidate will possess strong litigation, research, writing, and advocacy skills, with experience independently managing sophisticated employment matters through all phases of litigation.
Responsibilities
- Drafting and responding to written discovery, pleadings, and motions
- Taking and defending depositions
- Preparing for and participating in hearings, mediations, and court appearances
- Conducting legal research and developing litigation strategies
- Managing case files and assisting with all aspects of case progression from inception through resolution
- Performing case assessments and evaluating liability and exposure
- Maintaining proactive communication with clients while providing strategic legal guidance and case updates
- Collaborating closely with Partners and senior attorneys on complex litigation matters
Qualifications
- Admission to practice in Pennsylvania required; New Jersey admission is a plus
- 3+ years of litigation experience
- Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented mindset with a strong desire for professional growth and advancement

Base Salary Range: $130,000-$155,000
