Job Title: Employment Litigation Associate
Location: Jacksonville, FL
Basic Salary: Competitive Salary + Bonus and Benefits
Requirements - 5+ years' law firm experience in Labor & Employment litigation
- Strong experience representing employers in employment disputes
- Proven ability to manage discovery and develop litigation strategy
- Experience preparing, drafting and arguing motions
- Experience taking and defending depositions
- Experience with state and federal court proceedings
- Experience with wage and hour litigation, including FLSA matters, is preferred
- Familiarity with agency proceedings, including EEOC matters, is preferred
- Florida Bar admission
