Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP (Blakes) has an opening for an Associate to join our top ranked Employment & Labour practice group in the Toronto office. The ideal candidate will have excellent academic credentials with one to four years of relevant experience. We welcome lawyers with private practice or in-house experience to apply.

We provide strategic advice and counsel to some of Canada's largest employers on contractual and compensation issues, workplace investigations, dismissals, human rights and accommodation, pay equity, labour relations and collective bargaining, occupational health and safety, employee privacy, corporate restructurings, and purchase and sale transactions. Our lawyers also represent clients in proceedings before courts, tribunals, boards and arbitrators when workplace disputes cannot be resolved through negotiation.
