Role Overview

The Strategic Client Executive leads all ongoing client-facing activities for Rx Savings Solutions’Employer partners. Thisroleis responsible fordeveloping relationships with our employer partners todrive successfulperformance,client retention,and growth.This role is the primary point of contact for client meetings, communications, and coordination of standardengagementmarketing plans. The Strategic Client Executive ensures operational excellence in client engagement, implementation, and delivery of services, while acting as a trusted partner to both internal teams and external clients. The role works closely with theCommercial sales team to renew accounts, supporting the renewal process through ongoing account management activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main liaison for all client meetings, communications, and client-specific coordination for standard marketing plans.

  • Monitor client obligations and performance for ROI, including tracking incentives for registration andsupportingoperational delivery of services.

  • Obtain and interpretreporting, analytics & insightsto create and present the client story, capturing both qualitative and quantitative insights.

  • Measure,trackand evaluateprogrameffectiveness and member engagement.

  • Collaborate withtheimplementationteam to ensuresuccessful set-up for ongoingdeliveryof services, includingstandardengagement marketingplans,to ensure a successful launch to employer group members.

  • Workwith assigned clients to strategize and project manage all member-facing educational and communication materials, includinginternal communications as well assupport for open enrollment

  • Provide internal client communications support, ensuring alignment and clarity across teams.

  • Facilitate cross-functional projects and operational development, collaborating with internal partners as needed.

  • Represent Rx Savings Solutions with professionalism and a polished presence in all client interactions.

  • Create structure in ambiguous situations, supporting growthandstrategicclientaccount plans andinitiatives.

  • Support the renewal process through ongoing account management activities,working closely with thesalesteam.

  • Collaborate with engagementand marketingteams to strategize and project manage member-facing educational and communication campaigns (digital and print).

  • Collaborate withpartners and vendors as needed tofacilitatemember experience integrations, such as incentives, datafeedsandintegrated reporting

Experience & Qualifications

  • 4+years of experience in Account Management, Client Success Management, Engagement Marketing, or relevant positions.

  • Experience working in a Software as a Service (SaaS)and/or healthcare benefitsenvironment.

  • Clear understanding of client accountmanagement, client lifecycles, and engagement marketing strategies.

  • Strong project management and communication skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communicatorwith a passion for learning.

  • Self-motivated with a willingness to adapt to change in a growing company.

  • Ability to present and contribute ideas, and proven ability to work in a team environment.

  • Experience with Salesforce,Microsoft Office Suite, and marketing automation platforms preferred.

  • Ability to travel as needed (estimated 5 610% annually).
