Serves as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, providing guidance and hands-on support on a broad range of employee relations matters for both management-represented and union-represented employees, in alignment with organizational practices, policies, and applicable legislation.Job Description:

The person selected for this role must live in the Northern California Sutter Health footprint and come on site for work, meetings, etc. This is NOT a remote role.EDUCATION:
Equivalent experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.

5 years recent relevant experience
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

RegularPay Range is $106,745.60 to $160,118.40 / annual salary
The compensation range may vary based on the geographic location where the position is filled. Total compensation considers multiple factors, including, but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure, certifications, departmental equity, training, and organizational needs.
