- Keep abreast of regulatory compliance changes for employee benefits.
- Analyze enrollment, financial, and health outcome data to continuously improve our offerings
- Conduct employee feedback sessions and/or surveys to gather feedback about employee benefit offerings
- Partner with the Payroll team for funding all benefits such as the Health Savings Accounts, Flexible Spending Accounts, and other benefits.

- Administer retiree benefit plans including group medical, dental, vision, life, disability, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, wellness and 401(k) (in collaboration with the senior manager of Payroll for retirement plans.)
- Ensure all benefits policies and reference documents on the intranet are updated to reflect current products, policies, procedures, costs, & other information as required by regulations and as needed by employees.
- Develop ongoing insights and advice to share in employee communications channels that support improved health and wellness with employees and their family members who are covered by our plans and cost containment.
