Our long tenured client, a leading law firm in Northern NJ, is searching for an experienced Payroll & Benefits Manager to oversee multi-state payroll and firm-wide benefits.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL: - Manage end-to-end multi-state payroll process.
- Oversee benefits administration (medical, dental, vision, FSA/HSA, life, disability, 401(k), LOA.
- Lead open enrollment, related communications, and assist employees with questions.
- Audit payroll and benefits data for data integrity and compliance.
- Support comp-related reporting, including year-end W-2, ACA filings, 401(k) compliance.
- Process Improvement.
YOU MIGHT BE THE RIGHT PERSON IF YOU HAVE:- 4+ years of payroll and benefits experience in a law firm or other professional services firm.
- Multi-state payroll experience.
- Proficiency with ADP Payroll/HRIS systems and advanced Excel.
- CPP, PHR, SHRM-CP, or related certification a plus.
