Are you a passionate and skilled Emergency Veterinarian ready to make a significant impact in the world of veterinary medicine? BluePearl Pet Hospital is seeking an experienced Emergency Veterinarian to be a key member of our brand-new, state-of-the-art facility in Olympia, WA!

Position Overview: We are seeking an Emergency Veterinarian who is not only highly skilled in emergency and critical care but also enthusiastic about contributing to a collaborative and innovative veterinary team. This position offers the opportunity to be part of a new and exciting venture, working in a facility that boasts three operating rooms, a dedicated ICU, cat ward, and isolation area.

  • Provide exceptional emergency and critical care services to our patients.
  • Collaborate with a diverse team of specialists, including those in oncology, neurology, and surgery.
  • Utilize advanced diagnostic tools, such as MRI and CT, to deliver precise and effective care.

Compensation and Sign-On Bonus:

  • Average Base + Production Compensation Range: $160,000-$250,000
  • Plus, a Sign-On Bonus of up to $50,000
  • Relocation assistance also available!
  • No Non-Compete Clause


This position is eligible for production compensation with No Negative Accrual. Production is paid out quarterly.
