Help young students build the skills they need to thrive! Cross Country Education is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist to provide meaningful, student-centered support in an elementary school setting in Clyde, NY.

Position Overview
  • Provide direct and indirect occupational therapy services to elementary students across a caseload of approximately 30 students, addressing functional, developmental, and educational needs.
  • Evaluate student needs, develop data-informed goals and recommendations, and provide appropriate interventions, accommodations, and supports.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, educators, families, and students to promote participation, skill development, and success in the school environment.
  • Participate in special education and building-based teams while maintaining professional standards and pursuing ongoing professional development.

Qualifications
  • Master's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy
  • Active New York Occupational Therapist (OT) License
  • Pediatric experience, including preschool, school-age, or community-based settings, preferred.

  • Competitive Pay: Earn $46.10 - $50.40 per hour, based on your experience and qualifications as an Occupational Therapist, with weekly pay and opportunities for bonuses and incentives.
