Electronic Controls Project Leader The expected annual salary range for this role is $86000 - $126000 a year. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. What you'll do: Eaton's Power Reliability Division is looking for an Electronic Controls Project Leader to help shape the future of power management solutions. In this high-impact role, you'll lead cross-functional teams through the development and delivery of innovative electronic controls, relay, and switchgear products-from concept through launch. This position is based at our South Milwaukee, WI facility and offers a hybrid work schedule. (3 days office/2 days remote) If you thrive at the intersection of technology, leadership, and collaboration, and enjoy guiding complex projects from vision to reality, we'd love to hear from you. • Lead medium- to large-scale NPI and VAVE projects from concept through launch. • Manage project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk. • Partner with product owners and development teams to define requirements and deliver solutions that meet customer and business needs. • Drive collaboration across software, firmware, hardware, testing, and manufacturing teams throughout the product lifecycle. • Develop and maintain project plans, monitor progress, and communicate project status to key stakeholders. • Ensure consistent use of project management best practices, metrics, and reporting. • Provide regular updates on project health, milestones, risks, and mitigation plans to business and divisional leadership. Qualifications: Basic Qualifications: -Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited institution. -Minimum of two (2) years of engineering experience in project leadership and/or product development -Eaton will not consider applicants for employment immigration sponsorship or support for this position.
