Role Description

Form Energy is seeking a skilled and experienced Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in commercial, and industrial settings. The Electrician will work under the supervision of the Facility Manager and will play a key role in ensuring that electrical systems operate safely and efficiently.

What you'll do:
  • Installation and Maintenance: Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment, including wiring, circuits, outlets, control panels, and lighting.
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose equipment and facility electrical problems and provide effective solutions to ensure minimal downtime and optimal performance.
  • Customer Service: Communicate effectively with internal clients and contractors.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of work performed, including materials used, time spent, and any issues encountered.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other electricians, apprentices, and construction trades personnel to complete projects efficiently and to high standards.
  • Emergency Response: Respond to emergency electrical issues as needed, including troubleshooting and repair of critical systems.


What you'll bring:
  • Certification: Valid Journeyman Electrician license preferred. Experience in lieu of certification will be considered.
  • Experience: Minimum of 15 years of experience as a Journeyman Electrician or equivalent with a strong background in commercial, and industrial equipment controls wiring electrical work.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams. Strong knowledge of electrical codes and standards.
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify and resolve electrical issues efficiently.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
