Inspection & Quality
- Inspect incoming and in-process hardware (PCBs, harnesses, connectors) for compliance with drawings and standards
- Verify connector pinouts, cable continuity, and system functionality
- Support non-conformance resolution and collaborate with Quality and Engineering teams
Test Operations & Environmental Support
- Support spacecraft test campaigns including functional test, thermal vacuum (TVAC), vibration, and system validation
- Assist with setup and operation of test configurations, instrumentation, and test fixtures
- Monitor and document test results and anomalies
Documentation & Process Improvement
- Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, assembly drawings, and work instructions
- Record build, test, and rework activities in MES/ERP systems
- Contribute to development and improvement of manufacturing processes, work instructions, and tooling
Lab & Production Support
- Maintain ESD-safe workspaces and follow contamination/FOD control procedures
- Support calibration and upkeep of lab equipment
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Electrical, Systems, Test, Manufacturing, and Quality Engineering teams
