In this key role, you will act as both a technical leader and a team manager. You will support your team on a daily basis, ensure the technical consistency of deliverables, optimize processes, and actively participate in project organization. Key Responsibilities- Lead and coach the electrical team while supporting their development, performance, and engagement
- Plan resources, distribute workloads, and optimize design methods
- Supervise electrical design projects from needs analysis to commissioning, ensuring quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction
- Ensure adherence to relevant electrical standards within the manufacturing environment
- Participate in cost estimation, preparation of technical proposals, and support for the sales teams
- Continuously improve department tools, processes, and operational practices
- Serve as a technical reference for both internal and client projects

- Bilingualism
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- Approximately 7 years of experience in electrical engineering
- Experience in team management or a team lead role
- Experience in custom project estimation
- Knowledge of electrical engineering and safety standards, including ISO 12100, CSA Z432, ISO 13849
- Proficiency in one or more electrical design software tools (EPLAN, AutoCAD Electrical, SolidWorks Electrical, or equivalent)
- Comfort with occasional travel to client sites
