Role Overview
As an Integration Engineer, you will provide hands-on expertise to plan, deploy, and integrate the Critical Connect product suite. This role involves detailed configuration planning for IT, Transport, LMR, and Portal access interfaces, as well as the execution of comprehensive acceptance test plans. Beyond initial deployment, you will manage the testing and integration of future releases and provide high-level technical support to ensure seamless customer resolutions.

A primary focus of this position is requirements gathering, IP plan collaboration, and ensuring market readiness. You will design solutions involving both client and third-party products, requiring the ability to ascertain complex requirements and communicate technical solutions effectively to project teams and customers. You will serve as a key technical interface between Customer Representatives, Project Managers, Engineering Managers, and client product groups.

Key Responsibilities
Provide hands-on expertise to plan, deploy, and integrate the Critical Connect product suite.
Perform detailed configuration planning for IT, Transport, LMR, and Portal access interfaces.
Execute comprehensive acceptance test plans and support customer deployments.
Manage testing and integration of future software releases and product enhancements.
Provide high-level technical support to ensure timely and effective customer issue resolution.
Gather technical and business requirements to support solution design and deployment.
Collaborate on IP planning activities and ensure overall market readiness.
Design and implement solutions involving client and third-party products.
Communicate technical requirements and solutions to customers, project teams, and stakeholders.
Serve as a key technical interface between Customer Representatives, Project Managers, Engineering Managers, and client product groups.
Develop integration procedures for IT equipment, applications, and customer network environments.
Support software application deployment and systems integration initiatives.
Ensure implementations meet the requirements of end users and operators.

Main Responsibilities:
Remote deployment of Critical Connect solution, customer onboarding.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
Proven experience testing new releases and features, telecom application performance, and large-scale deployments.
Hands-on technical proficiency with:
Red Hat
KVM
Linux
Windows Server
VMware ESXi
Active Directory
PowerShell
Working knowledge of routing and switching protocols and modern network security standards.
Deep understanding of wireless and wire-line protocols, client-server architectures, and software integration project management.
Strong analytical skills with a focus on functional and technical analysis in professional carrier environments.
Ability to articulate complex details regarding customer networks and develop specific integration procedures for IT equipment and applications.
Expertise in systems integration processes, including requirements gathering and software application deployment.
Capability to manage and perform the implementation of services that satisfy the requirements of end-users and operators.
Exceptional initiative and follow-through, with the discipline to meet aggressive deadlines and resolve complex issues.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Experience with LMR Communication Solutions, including:
ASTRO
TETRA
P25
MOTOTRBO
Industry certifications such as Cisco, Juniper, or Extreme Networks.

Must-Have Qualifications:
Hands on experience on Hypervisor (ESXi, KVM) and VM deployment.

Nice-to-Have Skills:
Experience with LMR Communication Solutions (ASTRO, TETRA, P25, MOTOTRBO), routing, switching and network security.

Software Proficiency:
Red Hat KVM, Linux, Windows Server, VMware ESXi, Active Directory and PowerShell.

Additional Requirements
Ability to travel globally up to 25% of the time.

Hybrid - 3 days at office (Tues and Thurs plus one day), 2 days work from home
Work Schedule: 8-5, normal business hours
